    Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at 5:30 p.m. in Room 215, City Hall, Syracuse, New York. The purpose of the meeting is to consider an application for painting a mural on the Syracuse Urban Renewal parcel located on the 200 block of S. Salina Street, encompassing Perseverance Park and the former Common Center plaza.
