•	If you are looking to respectfully dispose of a worn American flag, City Hall will be collecting them between now and Friday and bringing them to the Vietnam Veterans Chapter 103 Memorial Day Watchfire at the New York State Fairgrounds on at dusk on Sunday, May 26.
