    About SURA
      The Syracuse Urban Renewal Agency (SURA) is a public benefit corporation formed under general municipal law to carry out urban renewal projects in the area designated for urban renewal within the City of Syracuse. The urban renewal area includes the Syracuse neighborhoods of Washington Square, Northside, Lincoln Hill, Near Eastside, Hawley Green, Prospect Hill, Park Ave, Near Westside, Skunk City, Southwest, and Southside.

    Meetings:
    SURA meetings will be held the second Tuesday of each month at 2pm in the Mayor’s Conference Room; City Hall; 233 E. Washington Street.

    The following are the dates that the meetings will fall on for 2012:

                            Special meeting on Tuesday, January 31st at 3:00 p.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room
