    Sealed bid will be received at the Office of Management & Budget, Division of Purchase on behalf of the Joint Schools Construction Board (“JSCB”), 233 E Washington Street (City Hall), Syracuse, New York, 13202,

    for the project:

    General Construction Contract for Reconstruction at Bellevue Elementary School



    NYSED No. 42-18-00-01-0-028-007 Main Project
    NYSED No. 42-18-00-01-0-028-008 Technology

    until 2:30 p.m. On the same day and immediately thereafter, the sealed proposals will be opened and publicly read by the Director of the Office of Management & Budget, Division of Purchase of the City of Syracuse, New York.

    Bid Documents can be obtained at the Plan Holder Plan & Print Systems, Inc. 6160 Eastern Ave, Syracuse, NY 13211 Phone: 315-437-5111 on December 18, 2017.

    The Bidding Documents shall be obtained thru Plan & Print Systems, Inc. All prospective bidders shall register with Plan & Print Systems, Inc. One printed set of bidding documents may be obtained upon receipt of deposit of the sum of One Hundred dollars ($100.00) from contactor requesting a printed copy. Checks for deposit shall be submitted to and held by Plan & Print Systems, Inc, checks are to be made payable to the “Commissioner of Finance” of the City of Syracuse. Checks transferred from other jobs will not be accepted. Cash will not be acceptable as a deposit for bid documents. Prospective bidders may obtain additional full or partial printed sets at their own cost. Plan & Print Systems, Inc. will also provide electronic PDF bid documents via CD’s and or downloadable form their website prospective bidder shall be responsible for cost of electronic bid documents. Addenda will be issued by mail to all registered plan holders at no cost to bidder.

    Delivery of bid documents is available for an additional non-refundable cost to prospective bidder.

    Pre-bid Conference: A pre-bid conference will be held on Friday, January 12, 2018 at 10:00AM (local time) in the Cafeteria at Bellevue Elementary School, 1530 Stolp Ave., Syracuse, NY 13207. All prospective bidders are requested to attend this meeting. Building tours will be conducted following the pre-bid conference, all prospective bidders are encouraged to tour the buildings and get familiar with the facilities and scope of work.
