    Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Division of Purchase, Room 213, City Hall, 233 E. Washington Street, Syracuse, New York until 2:30 p.m. on
    Tuesday, September 22, 2020
    At this time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read out loud. Copies of the contract documents shall only be obtained by depositing a new check (personal checks will not be accepted) in the amount of $75.00, made payable to the Commissioner of Finance for each set of documents. Deposits will not be transferred from other jobs. Deposits will be refunded in accordance with the specifications. To have bid documents mailed, please provide us with your FedEx account number to be billed directly. To pick up bid documents, please call 315-448-8435 to arrange an appointment.
    Due to COVID-19 restrictions a pre-bid conference is NOT being scheduled, please contact Engineering at 315-448-8205 for any questions.
