    Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Division of Purchase, Room 221, City Hall, 233 E. Washington Street, Syracuse, New York until 2:30 p.m. on
    Thursday, November 21, 2017
    For: McChesney Park – Magnarelli Community Center Renovations
    At this time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read out loud. Copies of the contract documents shall only be obtained by depositing a new check (personal checks will not be accepted) in the amount of $50.00, made payable to the Commissioner of Finance for each set of documents. Deposits will not be transferred from other jobs. Deposits will be refunded in accordance with the specifications. To have bid documents mailed, please provide us with your FedEx account number to be billed directly.
    A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the McChesney Park – Magnarelli Community Center, 2308 Grant Blvd., Syracuse, NY 13208
