     Come and explore your artistic side at our Burnet Arts & Crafts facility located in Burnet Park (in front of the old ice skating rink). Space is limited for all classes.     Beading  

    Adult Beginner Beading 
    Introduction to various types of beading, the use of tools, color selection and the basics of design. All tools and supplies provided.

    Learn to make a variety of jewelry styles. Increase beading technique skills. Participants must have completed Beginner Beading I. All tools and supplies provided.

    Quilting

    Adult Quilting 
    Want to make a quilt that can be passed down from generation to generation? Then this is the class you want to join. You will learn quilting techniques that will allow you to make full size quilts. You must have taken a beginner quilting class. Bring your sewing machines.

    Beginner Sections: Mondays from 9:30  to 11:30 am or Tuesdays from 12:30 to 2:30 pm
    Intermediate Section:  Wednesdays from 12:30 to 3:00pm or Fridays 12:30 to 2:30 pm
    Advanced Section: Thursdays from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm

    Make up sessions for quilting:  Fridays 9:30 to 11:30 am.

    Ceramics  

    Adult Ceramics 
    Why buy gifts when you can make your own? This class offers a selection of unpainted bisque pieces from animals, dish ware, angels, holiday decorations and more. Learn how to paint and prepare pieces for firing.

    Pottery Wheel
    Raku pottery is created with specific firing processes. In this class students will design and mold their projects by throwing clay onto a pottery wheel while using their hands and tools to work their clay into beautiful pots.

     Pottery Hand Building
    In this class students will have the experience to learn how to handle clay by using methods like pinching, hand pulling and coiling. Projects will be fired using the Raku method.
