  • City Parks understands the importance of regular physical activity for improving the health and well being of all of us! Guidelines presented by the Centers for Disease Control and other experts indicate that by accumulating 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity each week, we can substantially reduce the risk for a host of chronic diseases. And remember...outdoor recreation in the Winter can also be great fun! To help achieve that goal, City Parks make fitness enjoyable throughout the year and offers the following opportunities...
