Youth Fitness
FIT KIDS Program – FREE After School Fitness Program. FALL SESSIONS BEGIN OCTOBER 17th!
Kids Need 60 minutes a day! After School Fit Kids Clubs will help youth achieve the recommended 60 minutes of daily physical activity in a fun, safe, non-intimidating environment, with certified fitness instructors. The program runs during the school year...Program Concludes December 1.

RECREATION LANES
Three city parks are now marked with dedicated recreation lanes within the Park boundaries...for walking, jogging, or bicycling. The lanes also provide a convenient way to track your mileage! Visit a park today, and enjoy the benefits of outdoor fitness!
Burnet Park: Single loop - 1KM (0.6mi). Include Golf course extension for 1 full Mile.
Thornden Park: Single Loop - 0.9 mile
Upper Onondaga Park: Single Loop - 1 mile
X-C Ski Trails at Sunnycrest
Did you know that Sunnycrest Park is home to more than 3 miles of groomed cross-country ski trails? When enough snow blankets the park, the trails bring skiers along a loop that includes Sunnycrest golf course and some wooded areas. Great exercise for the entire family.
Ski RENTALS: The Sunnycrest Park Clubhouse (Hickok Ave entrance) serves as a ski lodge on the Weekends, and during School Breaks (December – February, when conditions permit skiing).
Hours: Saturdays and Sundays: TBA
Rental Fees: $5 per adult. Youth Rentals are FREE, when accompanied by an adult.
